Pink is preparing for upcoming Truth About Love tour

Pink is reportedly very sore after completing her first full day of tour rehearsals.
The 33-year-old singer is just weeks away from embarking on her The Truth About Love Tour and she has been left in pain after pushing herself in the dance routines.

She wrote on her Twitter page “Day one of actual tour rehearsals done. I am sore, which means I’m very happy. Can’t wait to play with everyone!!!!!! (sic)” The singer, who has a 19-month-old daughter, Willow, with her husband Carey Hart, has also upped her exercise regime to ensure she is in top shape for the concerts. In an earlier tweet, she revealed “Bikram yoga kicked my entire ass today. At one point I almost hit the panic button. #amateur (sic)”.

Pink is set to kick off her mammoth world tour on February 13 in Phoenix, Arizona. The pop star will be on the road for eight months and will stop off in 17 countries in support of her sixth album The Truth About Love. Details surrounding the tour have been kept largely under wrap, but Pink has promised it will be even more adventurous than her acrobatic Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour. She previously said “I’ve gotta step it up, I’m competing with myself. I was thinking about lighting myself on fire, I’ve actually been doing some research and I’ve been going to a lot of Las Vegas shows, I’m going to bring it this time.”

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who announced at the end of last month that they are expecting their first child together in June, were spotted taking in a number of world famous landmarks on Tuesday and shopping together while on vacation in Paris.

A source told USMagazine.com that the 32-year-old reality TV star and her 35-year-old rapper boyfriend are hoping to chill out after announcing her pregnancy and are planning to stay in Paris “for a week just to chill. It’s a little babymoon.” The couple browsed the latest collections in designer stores Lanvin and Celine before enjoying a low-key dinner at L’Avenue restaurant.

Their holiday follows reports that the couple recently bought an $11 million mansion in Bel Air together, which they are said to have already started developing to fit their needs and are planning to install a gym, movie theatre, bowling alley, hair and make-up salon, indoor and outdoor pool and their own basketball court. The luxury neighbourhood is already home to stars, such as actress Jennifer Aniston and founder of the Girls Gone Wild entertainment franchise, Joe Francis.

Kim and Kanye were recently said to have turned down a $3 million magazine offer for the first photo spread of their baby and the reality star has also been offered $250,000 to host pregnancy website MyPregnancy.com.

I just take my life one day at a time and continually try to evolve and become a better version of myself.”

Katy is starting 2013 with a much better outlook than 2012, when her split from husband Russell Brand had just happened, and is now dating musician John Mayer, but she’s being cautious not to rush into anything with the star. She told to Closer magazine “I’m a woman who likes to be courted strongly. Never say never, I guess, I guess you’d say. I’ll let love take the lead on that.”

John is determined to show Katy how devoted to her he is and for Christmas designed a special guitar just for her, which included a number of personalized intricate designs, including Katy’s initials and the date they first met.

Looks like Ekta Kapoor is in complete awe of the Bollywood newbie Varun Dhawan of ‘Student Of The Year’ fame. The filmmaker has roped in varun for her next venture, a Hindi remake of a superhit Telugu film, titled Main Tera Hero.

The film will be directed by Varun’s father David Dhawan.

If reports are to e believed, Ekta has bought the remake rights of the Telugu hit, Kandireega, for Rs 2 crore. She has not yet decided on the actress who would be cast in the film but has two beauties in mind. However, she has already roped in Varun who perfectly fits the bill, as he has an innate appeal. Also, while talking to a daily, Ekta said Varun is like a young Salman Khan in the making.

Karan Johar tweeted the first look of the film, saying it is Balaji’s next. There after, Alia Bhatt, Varun’s co-star in Student Of The Year also tweeted the first look, and asked her followers “Guess who????”.

Going by the first look, Varun looks promising. Ekta says, the film is for the masses but will also appeal to the class. The film will be going on floors very soon.

Tom Cruise promotes his new film Jack Reacher while attending a press conference held at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo on Wednesday (January 9) in Tokyo, Japan.

The 50-year-old actor was joined by his co-star Rosamund Pike and director Christopher McQuarrie.

The day before, Tom was greeted by fans while arriving at the airport in Tokyo.

It was recently announced that Tom will be given honorary citizenship on Thursday (January 10) while promoting Jack Reacher in Busan, Korea.

“The visit of a top star and director will contribute to promoting Busan’s important status in Asia for cinema,” a city official said. “The city has decided to award the honorary citizenship to Mr. Cruise in recognition to his contribution to the industry.”
