Katrina Kaif is the talk of the film industry for many reasons. Even if it’s spending New Year’s with Ranbir Kapoor in New York, the actress is managing to grab everyone’s attention. And now at an award function, Katrina helped Ranbir Kapoor’s mom Neetu Singh overcome her last minute stage fears as she was very nervous about her performance with her son on the show.

Neetu, for the first time ever and after a gap of many years, has performed on stage with her son Ranbir.

According to reports, Neetu was extremely nervous about her dance as she was performing after a gap of so many years.

Katrina Kaif, who happens to be bonding well with Ranbir Kapoor, is believed to have come to rescue his mother.

Apparently, when Katrina found out about Neetu’s stage fear, she went up to her and tried boosting her morale up with lots of words of encouragement which helped Neetu overcome her fears.Rumor suggests that Katrina had boosted up Neetu’s morale with words of encouragement and helped her shred away the fears.

Katrina apparently heard her out and then gave her words of advice on dance.

She also shared her secret on how to manage with the audience, if dance steps were forgotten during performances. Well, that’s a very kind gesture from Katrina Kaif, maybe it’s because of the great relationship she shares with Ranbir Kapoor. What say?

Ranbir Kapoor was at his candid best while sharing his experiences with students of Anupam Kher’s acting school ‘Actor Prepares’. He was the latest guest lecturer at the acting school.

Anupam Kher introduced Ranbir Kapoor as the fastest growing talent in the industry, who emerges among the main stars very quick.

Kher said, “The unique aspect of Ranbir as an actor is that in each of his films he has emoted different characters, and with a great deal of credibility, yet maintaining his star status.”

Kher also quizzed Ranbir about his early days in the industry, how he researches his characters, his style of acting and his advice to budding actors. One of the many questions that he was asked was what he likes to do the best, on screen.

Ranbir Kapoor replied, “Romance. Because it’s glamour world and usually in front of you are attractive, beautiful women and the moments in cinema are right now so real that you are really romancing in a way. There is a fine line, one should now, between real and reel, one should never cross it. But romance is something which I like.”

So far, the beautiful women Ranbir Kapoor has romanced are Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Nargis Fakhri and Bipasha Basu.

Chitrangada Singh says, for her, Inkaar is a love story!

A lot is being said about the upcoming Chitrangada Singh, Arjun Rampal starrer Inkaar. While many consider the film as bold, because of the concept of the film, Chitrangada doesn’t think so. According to the pretty actress, the movie is not bold at all.

The actress said: “I don’t think the subject is bold anymore. I don’t know why people want to term it as bold when a lady wants to speak out for her rights or raise voice against wrong. On the contrary, I think, it’s fair if you are standing for your rights. I am very happy to do this film.”

According to the Kaafirana item girl, Inkaar is a love story. “For me Inkaaris basically a love story with modern settings & modern problems, where men and women are almost equal. But when there is power struggle problems creep in.”

But keeping the concept in mind, Inkaar easily appears to be a dark love story or the love story that has dark shades attached to it.

She said: “No, it’s not dark. The best part about love stories is the fights that happen between the two. Because that’s the most interesting and most honest part…Holding hands and saying ‘I love you’ is something we have seen several times but that is not the case in Inkaar and that is what sets apart this film. It’s about a woman who thinks ‘fine I was involved with this particular man at some point of time but it’s not fair if you are getting sexually harassed’. And it becomes very difficult for her to take a stance and raise voice against wrong, but she does. So, it may appear dark in the sense that Inkaar shows the ugliness of a relationship.”

The film deals with sexual harassment at workplace. And since that’s the concept, the actress says that women are expected to behave like men at office. “Mostly what happens is when a woman comes to a work place she is expected to be man. I don’t get this idea why a woman should be a man or behave like one? I should be allowed to be who I am. The respect I am asking is not for being a man but for being a woman. One has to respect that.”

“When a woman is falling short a man should make it up for her and vice-versa. It should be give and take kind of relationship. The beauty about this film is there are two perspectives for the same situation and how they are both right,” she further adds.

Directed by Sudhir Mishra, Inkaar is set to release on 18th January 2013.

The 31-year-old reality star was joined by her older sister Kourtney to promote the new season of their show Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.

Earlier in the day, Kim chatted on a radio show about her impending divorce with her estranged husband Kris Humphries.

“In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced,” Kim said (via People). “[The marriage] is going on its second year, and that’s really tough because I want to move on. I really want to move on with my life.”

This wouldn’t be the first time the 23-year-old has found inspiration in a break up. “I’ve always lived by the theory that if a guy doesn’t want me to write a bad song about him, he won’t do bad things,” she told Us Weekly in 2010. “And he shouldn’t, you know?”
