John Abraham sizzles with Prachi and Chitrangada in ‘Na Jaane..’

We have already seen John Abraham as a self-obsessed guy in the first trailer of “I, Me Aur Main”. The makers of the film have come out with their forst song titled Na Jaane Kahan Se Aaya Hai, which sees the star romancing two hotties – Prachi Desai and Chitrangada Singh.

The song is a rehashed version of Sridevi’s popular song from the super hit Chaalbaaz. However, the new version has changed lyrics to suit John’s character in the film. The video sees both the heroines sizzling with John, who is the ultimate dream boy.

This is John’s first rom-com which sees him play the solo male lead and is set against an urban backdrop.

“It’s a feel-good film with something for everyone. ” says Shrishti Behl Arya, who, along with Goldie Behl, has produced the film.

The film is directed by Kapil Sharma, son of noted astronaut, Rakesh Sharma, and also stars Zarina Wahab, Raima Sen and Mini Mathur. I, Me Aur Main will hit big screen on March 1.

Aamir Khan begins filming for Peekay

Aamir Khan headed to Rajasthan with family on February 1 for the filming for Raju Hirani’s political satire Peekay, which also headlines Anushka Sharma. The actress joined the team by Feb end. She plays the role of an alcohol addict.

We had recently reported about the already thin Anushka Sharma losing some more weight for her role in the film.

Peekay also headlines Sunjay Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput (Kai Po Che) and the entire star cast are part of the 45 days schedule in Rajasthan. Remaining parts of the film are scheduled to be shot in Delhi and Hungary.

Aamir Khan’s wife Kiran and son Azad will be with the actor thriughout the Rajasthan schedule, while his older son Junaid Khan makes his Bollywood debut as assistant director of the film.

The film which was earlier scheduled for a 2013 Christmas release, has now been postponed to 2014.

Peekay revolves around a chronic alcoholic whose memory is cleaned away because of an accident. With no recollection of the past and no one to worry about him, his only support remains his bottle of alcohol.

Ayushmann Khurrana to shoot with YRF from Feb 17

Ayushmann Khurrana is a name we are often hearing these days. The one-film-old actor, who received the Filmfare Award for the Best male Debut in 2012 for his film Vicky Donor has been roped in to work with  Yash Raj Films in their project.

It has been heard that the shooting will start in the month of February. His debut movie was shot in Delhi and the YRF movie is going to be similar in that area! The film will be a romantic comedy.

“I am doing a film with Yash Raj this year. We will start shooting for the film from Feb 17,” said Ayushmann in a recent interview.

He added, “I will be seen with Sonam Kapoor in the film. The entire film will be shot in Delhi. The film is a rom-com. It talks about the love between two people during the time of recession.”

“It is a realistic script written by Habib Faisal. Nupur Asthana is directing it. I am not sure when the film will release, but I think by the end of this year,” he said.

The film is all set for an end of the year release. Meanwhile, Ayushmann is busy promoting his upcoming film Nautanki Saala which will release on 12^th April this year.

Aditi Rao Hydari: Murder 3 is more than erotica!

Aditi Rao Hydari, who is starring in the latest installment of the Murder franchise, says the movie is not all about erotica and boasts of a great storyline.

“This particular film is about relationships and there is love, lust and sex in (all) relationships… that is natural. So, there is that element. Murder 3 is far beyond these things… it is not only about erotica. It is a fantastic story,” the 34-year-old said in an interview with a few reporters in Mumbai.

Aditi is also all praise for first-time director Vishesh Bhatt, son of veteran filmmaker Mukesh Bhatt.

“Vishesh handled this film amazingly. It is his first film; he studies in New York and had a very clear idea about what he wants,” said the actress, previously seen in films like Rockstar and London, Paris, New York.

Murder 3, releasing Feb 15, also stars Randeep Hooda and Pakistani actress Sara Loren.

Asked about the reason behind quitting Raanjhnaa, Aditi said, “It was a very nice part, I would have wanted to do the film but I had committed to Muder 3 already.”

“If I have committed to something, I cannot do anything else. I did not even sign Raanjhnaa.”
The role is now being played by Swara Bhaskar.

Being directed by Aanand Rai, Raanjhnaa also stars Dhanush, Sonam Kapoor and Abhay Deol.

PepsiCo has brought in a new brand ambassador for its product Mountain Dew and its none  other than the hot and happening Hrithik Roshan! Hrithik’s name was officially announced by PepsiCo India Category Director-Flavours, Ruchira Jaitly.

“We are proud to associate with Hrithik Roshan, who truly reflects the daring, bold and fearless persona of the brand and its consumers,” said Ruchira Jaitly, PepsiCo India Category Director-Flavours in a statement.

She said that Hrithik Roshan’s association with the product would take it to great heights. She said they are looking forward for the summer which is all set to be a blockbuster one for the product after this new association.

“I love pushing myself to the extreme and the brand’s belief in this similar viewpoint proved to be an ultimate fit which I couldn’t resist,” Roshan said speaking about him endorsing the product.

In 2011, Salman Khan was the brand ambassador for the product. However, they did not sign anyone for the year 2012. But now product which has a huge global market has Hrithik as its brand ambassador.

The 39 year old actor is busy with the post-production of his upcoming film Krrish 3, which is a sequel to his 2006 super-hit film Krrish.
