Candice Swanepoel Goes Behind the Scenes of Victoria’s Secret Swim Catalogue

Giving fans a sneak peek into the upcoming summer line, Candice Swanepoel talked to ET about the Victoria’s Secret 2013 Swim Catalogue.

The 24-year-old South African model sports a neon-yellow bikini in the video and explains, “For me doing swim is the best part of being a Victoria’s Secret Angel because I love the sand and the ocean so it’s really nice to see myself on the cover after all the iconic women like Gisele and Tyra Banks. It’s an honor.”Later, Candice talks about what she enjoys about the line, saying, “Some of my favorite trends for the 2013 catalogue are unique fabrics… The neons are always great for summer because they bring out your tan.”

On her new film On the Road: “I would have done anything, I would have played any part,” says Stewart. “Marylou is remarkable because she’s got a tough core. When you’re a teenager, a year can be crippling to maneuver through. You’re just out there questioning things, and so to be completely okay with that and not think that there’s anything wrong with you, that’s something I’ve recently understood. I’m 22. Marylou started this whole thing when she was 15.”

On her future: “I am not closed off to anything right now. That is what I was saying about not having any more walls up. I don’t want to deprive myself of any bit of life.”

Chennai Express, a film directed by Rohit Shetty which stars Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone has already been creating a buzz in the industry. And now with the start of 2013, the producers have released the first posters of the movie. There are 5 posters and have SRK and Deepy posing in different attires. While on of the poster has SRK and Deepika on a bike, another has then posing on a railway track in lungis with guns.

Bearing the Rohit Shetty stamp, the posters have cars blown off, baddies flying around and the hero flaunting his strut and swagger.

There has been buzz that Chennai Express will have Shahrukh Khan doing a lot of dare-devil stunts. However, the superstar recently denied that.

Shahrukh Khan said: “I have read somewhere that I’ll be going shirtless and doing big stunts in Chennai Express, but there is nothing like that. I am just romancing in the film. That’s what I know to do well.”

However Shahrukh admitted that there are some really cool stunts in the film.

“Rohit has designed some really cool stuff, but it was safe (doing the stunts). He does stunts so well that you don’t realize if a stunt is being performed. It’s very very safe. I think it’s what he’s learned from his father and the fact that he’s been making such action films,” Shahrukh said.

Chennai Express is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and UTV Pictures. The movie will release in mid 2013. Most probably on Diwali.

On heartbreak:
“When I’m in excruciating pain, like with what I’ve been through with my breakup and that grief and loss that’s just immobilizing, it helps to remember that it only lasts for 13 to 15 minutes, max. And then it’s over. Your mind is ready to go to something else. You might come back to it, but it helps to just know that that pain is not going to last forever.”

On dieting:
“My biggest regret is putting my body through fad diets: Atkins, cleanses, the hCG diet. I lost like 18 pounds, but it came right back. The worst was fasting with colonics for three or four days. It was the most horrifying experience ever!”

On staying positive:
“There’s no room for negative self talk. None. Just ban it from your vocabulary.”

On dating:
“I’m learning to date again. Looks aren’t important to me anymore…I like positive energy.”

The One Direction singer jetted off to New York City to see his girlfriend perform on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on Monday night and the pair weren’t shy when they locked lips in front of thousands of fans in Times Square as the clock struck midnight.

The two pop stars stunned onlookers on as they shared a very public embrace after Taylor took to the stage to sing her hit song I Knew You Were Trouble at the New Year’s Eve event, which was hosted by Ryan Seacrest. Taylor sent pulses racing in skin-tight black leather pants and a red leather jacket.

Earlier in the evening, Harry was spotted at Jay-Z and Coldplay’s New Year’s Eve concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, but the singer rushed back to Times Square in Manhattan in time to be with Taylor at midnight. After wrapping up her duties for the night, the smitten couple were spotted hand-in-hand as they headed back to their hotel. Harry and Taylor reportedly spent lots of time video calling each other via Skype while he spent Christmas with his family in the UK, and she with her family in the US.

Emma Stone reveals “It’s weird in Los Angeles – [paparazzi are] hiding out everywhere. The hardest thing is that it makes me act like an a**hole because I now have this weird level of paranoia that I never had before. It feels like having a private investigator on you or something. You find yourself walking around holding your head up like you’re looking in the mirror – and your friends are wondering what’s wrong with you. Then I feel like a jerk because half the time there’s nobody there … still, I really don’t want to be caught with a burger all over my face.”

Emma, who is dating her Amazing Spider-Man co-star Andrew Garfield, always wanted to be an actress and was so determined to reach her goal that she once told her mother Krista she would “die” if not given the chance to act. She told the UK edition of Glamour magazine “My parents knew that there was something a little off about me. So it made sense when I asked, aged 11, if I could take acting classes. Apparently I said to my mom, ‘If I can’t act, I’ll die.’ And then she knew – she knew that only an actress would say something like that.”

Ne-Yo is hoping to become a vegan in 2013

Ne-Yo has announced that he plans on becoming a vegan. The singer revealed his New Year’s resolution is to try to give up all meat, dairy and animal products, but he has admitted he is not looking forward to the challenge.

The 30-year-old star shared his plans with his fans via his Twitter page this week, writing “What’s everybody’s New Year’s resolution? I’m gonna try to go vegan. Discipline test. NOT looking forward to it. Wish me luck!”

The father-of-two is just the latest in a number of well-known celebrities to adopt the lifestyle change, including Leona Lewis and Avril Lavigne. Despite doing his best for the planet, Ne-Yo admitted earlier this year that he isn’t perfect. He previously said “I’m a gentleman, but I’m a human being first, and a human being is not always polished and pretty.”

The singer and songwriter, who has previously worked with Michael Jackson, Mary J. Blige and Beyonce Knowles, credits his musical abilities to his mother, who encouraged him to express himself when he was younger. He added “My mom saw I was a pent up kid. So she gave me a pen and said, ‘Write it all down’.”
