Ajay Devgn and Kajol are known to be one of the best off-screen couples in Bollywood. Even individually they are very successful in the industry but together they have delivered only one superhit which is ‘Pyaar toh Hona Hai tha’ and faced lot of failures on the silver screen with movies like Raju Chacha, Hulchul, U me aur Hum.


And now they are all set to pair up once again after 5 years.“ We are working on something for Kajol but lets see if we are together or someone else. We should get the right kind of script to come together,” Said Ajay.


“We are planning something but I can’t talk about it right now. When the time is right we will talk about it. Whatever we work out we will let you all know… it is too early to talk about it,” he said.


Ajay Devgan is also producing the movie, “We are planning a few things, lets see… it depends on a lot of things,” he said.


Ajay Devgan has been rocking the box-office with consecutive hits over the last 3 years is awaiting the release of Sajid Khan’s ‘Himmatwala’ the remake of 1983 classic with same name which starred Jitendra.


On the other hand Kajol was last seen in Karan Johar’s ‘We are Family” and is not yet associated with any other project as of now.

Abhishek Bachchan with Aaradhya BachchanAbhishek Bachchan was in Delhi recently to be the part of designer Ritu Beri’s annual kids’ fashion show which was organised to raise awareness for autism and to raise funds for children who are underprivileged.


When asked about why Aaradhya was missing from the action on the ramp, Abhishek said: “I had lot of fun coming here. I am a film actor and these children (who walked the ramp) are much better than me. Talking about my daughter, I think it is completely her (Aaradhya) choice, let her decide her career as and when she wants too.”


“Currently she is in Dubai and very small, but I am sure she will be happy to lend her support to such causes when she grows up,” he added.


He further said, “As a parent it is not about material goods. The gifts a parent can give the children are love, care, education and understanding. These are the most important gifts any parent can give. As far as I am concerned, taking care of the child is never just a mother’s role. It’s all about sharing responsibilities.”


Bachchan, 37 said that a parent’s his duty was to give a healthy upbringing to the child, without forcing any ideas on him or her.


Abhishek had a fun time at the event as he danced with kids and performed to a few of his hit songs like Bunty aur Babli, Kajra Re, Bol Bachchan and Desi Girl.


Jr. Bachchan signed a T-shirt that was sold in an auction. Starting from Rs.50,000 the shirt finally went to Member of Parliament Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda.

Raj Kumar YadavActor Raj Kumar Yadav, who plays the lead role of Govind in the film Kai Po Che!, says that he was initially rejected for the role.


He mentions that he was selected only after casting director Mukesh Chhabra came into the picture.


“Many people wouldn’t know that earlier when it (the film) was with Excel Entertainment, there was another casting director and I had auditioned for the role of Govind and I was rejected,” says the actor.


“After that when Mukesh bhai came on board, a list was given to him that these people have auditioned and they are not to be called, my name was also there in it,” added the actor who debuted with the film Love, Sex aur Dhoka.


“But hats off to him, he believed that I could play Govind and he called me and told me, ‘You are my Govind, you will play it.’ That really helped me, that boosted my confidence,” he also said.


Actor Amit Sadh, who portrays an important role in the film, was also all praise for the process of casting.


“The best thing about films today, other than the fact that we are giving great cinema, is that a (proper) process of casting has started. For outsiders who come from different cities, it is tough as they don’t know where to go, whom to meet. So I think these are great times,” said Amit Sadh.


Kai Po Che! which released last month has received positive reviews from all sides. The movie which had a humble opening started attracting more and more crowds as the word on the film got out.

Rishi Kapoor and Ali afarRishi Kapoor who is sporting a hippie look in David Dhawan’s Chashme Baddoor remake will be performing a tap dance with Ali afar in the film. The veteran actor was last seen performing the dance style 36 years ago!


In the 1977 film, Hum Kisise Kum Naheen, Rishi  Kapoor had performed a tap dance for the song Mil Gaya Hum Ko Saathi Mil Gaya. The scene has been shot and he will groove to the tunes of the song Early Morning.


“Rishi Kapoor has done mind blowing steps in the song, which reminds you of his Mil gaya hum ko saathi mil gaya from Hum Kisise Kum Naheen days, where the young Rishi was seen in off white clothes and dancing his heart out,” says a source.


“In Chashme Baddoor too, he is dancing with full est. We are sure the audiences are going to have a treat as he is set to do tap dancing after 36 years,” the source added.


The 60 year old actor will be seen playing a hopeless romantic bachelor in the film. He will portray a retired sailor sporting tattoos and riding a Harley-Davidson bike. His look is said to be inspired by adult film actress Sunny Leone`s husband Daniel Weber, who dons a stubble and has tattoos inked all over.


Chashme Baddoor is the remake of a 1981 fim of the same name. The movie also stars actors Siddharth, Divyendu Sharma and southern actress Taapsee Pannu.


The film is set to hit the theatres on April 5th. Directed by Dhawan, the movie is produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.

According to a birdie, the song features five item girls grooving to a song with Ajay Devgn! Interestingly, the girls belong to five different parts of the country.


The song which has been choreographed by Ganesh Acharya is supposedly going to feature popular actresses from Bengali, Bhojpuri, Marathi, Punjabi and Gujrati cinema.


“The makers are set to release Dhoka this Friday. What is striking is that Sajid has gone ahead and roped in five superstars from five different film industries, who will be seen dancing with Ajay Devgn,” said a sorce whilst speaking to a tabloid.


Sayantani Ghosh from Kolkata, Rinku Ghosh from Bhojpuri films, Amruta Khanvilkar from Marathi cinema, Surveen Chawla from Punjabi films and Mona Thiba from Gujarati cinema are the five girls who will be seen shaking a leg with Devgn.


Recently, it had been reported that Ajay Devgn would be speaking in five different language(Bengali, Gujrati, Marathi, Punjabi and Tamil) in the movie. So what’s with the number five and Himmatwala we wonder? Well for that, we’ve got to wait and watch!


Himmatwala, which is all set to release on March 29th, has been produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Vashu Bhagnani. The movie is presented by UTV Motion Pictures and Pooja Entertainment and Films.
