The “City” reality star showed off all her hard work in the gym with a gray strapless teeny bikini as she cozied up to her man in the ocean.Dating since 2008, the pair have been spotted several times on their vacation, smooching on the sand with Olivia wearing a different bikini each time.
In 2010, the 26-year-old brunette beauty even got a chance to work with her man on campaigns for Tibi and Hogan.
