The two time national award winner Ajay Devgan, who has been on a delightful success spree since past two years with his typical masala movies is now back to the his favourite genre intense drama again with “Satyagraha”.
The first shooting schedule of the movie has begun and will be shot in Bhopal till the end of March. The movie is a political drama and is directed by his favorite Prakash Jha who is very well known for his intense dramatic thrillers like Gangaajal, Apaharan, Rajneeti and Aarakshan.
The combination of Ajay Devgan and Prakash Jha has always worked and earned lot of accolades from the critics.
However, since past 2 years Ajay has been concentrating more on action and comedy which did not earn him any exaltation from critics or his fans in terms of acting who think he needs to get back to what he is actually known for.
The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpayee, is scheduled to release in August. Ajay who had just tasted success with “Son of Sardar” is now all set for the realease of “Himmatwala” on march 19th.Hope his success spree will continue for longer period.
