Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have finally finished their $20 million mansion. The couple have been slowly working on their mansion since 2008 when they bought the property according to Us Weekly on Jan. 26.
Gisele and Brady moved into their new mansion last year but they have still been adding finishing touches to it. It is finally complete for the time being. The couple had plans drawn up in 2008 when they bought the property and have made changes to them as they didn’t think it was big enough.
Their mansion is definitely big enough for their children, Benjamin who is 3, Vivian who is 1, and John who is 5 from Tom’s previous relationship. The mansion is 22,000 square feet and is custom built.
The mansion has eight bedrooms, a six car garage, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool with a spa, a weight room and a wine cellar. There are two wings that are connected by a bridge and a nursery for Benjamin along with a lift and a butler’s room.
Gisele even came under fire from environmentalists for building the huge home but she insisted the construction was environmentally savvy by using solar energy, energy-saving lighting, rainwater recovery systems, waste reduction and recycling programs, energy-efficient appliances and sustainable building materials.
Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady will have neighbors like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Heidi Klum. Tom will also be close to his son who he had with Bridget Moynahan.
